Tires

Well my tire pressure light came on this morning so I went to the farm to put some air in my tires. Charlie was very concerned that I had been driving a long time with them low and Mike took on his big brother role and tried to help me in whatever way possible. Those are some good guys out there.

I'm glad I only work Tuesday and Thursday next week then I get to come home! I wish I could get some hours on Wednesday but I keep getting stuff done faster than they're expecting.

I am really blessed to have lots of people like this in my life. For example, Aunt Jean is really just my grandma’s best friend. The Peronas, Taxiers, Velaskis, and Hutchings are like second families. Mike Mason, Panza, Joel, Adam, and Gomer have always seemed like big brothers. I’m sure there are other people that I’m missing.

Hmm… I really liked Louisville, Kentucky.

Favorite vacation?
Either the National Convention when we went to Kentucky or the Tractor Team trip to Illinois, they were both extremely fun but in different ways.

Oooo… this is tough! Well, I really loved the time my parents went on the treasure hunt and my brothers and I built a gigantic fort that took up the whole kitchen and den.

Favorite elementary school memory?
Probably just all the memories from Mrs. Wahlund’s and Miss Cole’s classes. I thought it was cool when all of Mrs. Wahlund’s class had a sleepover and science camp with Miss Cole was awesome.

Probably being in the lip sync or being in the play Girl With a Funny Nose.

Favorite high school memory?
Oh a ton! The Pooping Tree, senior prom, National Convention, raising my FFA animals, getting my scholarships, getting my truck.

Valentine’s Day, Tractor Team trip, working at the shop, getting my first apartment.

Grandpa White- I’ll always remember how even at 15 and 19 he still lets Cokie and I both sit on his lap and how he always had a story to share.
Grandma Pink- I’ll always remember how we changed her name based on a sweater, how she only gave two cookies as a dessert, and the story about when she borrowed a dress from her sister but then couldn’t get it off so she cut herself out of it.

Alicia and I saw Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants last night. I was disappointed with one aspect of it, but otherwise it was pretty cute. Other than that I don't have much to report... just been picking up some extra hours at work. Woot woot! Today is my boss' birthday so we get to eat cake which is always nice! I really like this boss, she's super nice and really fun to talk to. Plus, she lets me borrow all her Nicholas Sparks books.

Yesterday I woke up and cleaned up around the house a bit. Then I went to breakfast with my friends, Sean and Grant, and their friend, Zach. Then I helped them move a bed to their new house. After that we all just hang out for a bit.

I came home and got cleaned up then Alicia, Cathy, and I went to Jenn's new house to watch Enchanted. I can see why they liked it, but it wasn't really for me.

We came home and Travis came over for a bit. He kept picking me upside down and spinning me around, I've never been so dizzy in my life. Then it started to poor and our roof has a few leaks so we had to dig through all the closets to find buckets.

It needs to stop raining in Tucson...my hair can't handle the humidity.

Well I worked for 7 hours yesterday and most of that was resizing pictures...ick! No one else was working on my side of the hall so I was luckily able to to turn up he music and zone out while I worked. I had lunch with some ladies from across the hall.

I got home and cleaned up then went to dinner with my friends Sean and Grant. We went back to their house and played Rock Band for awhile.... I should never become a drummer....or a singer...

This morning I woke up and deposited my paycheck. My teller was very excited that I was wearing my "I love JC" shirt. He was one of the first people to ever realize that it means Jesus Christ, not JC from N'sync. I went to Target to getsome hair clips cause I sat on two of mine (such grace) andnow I'm just waiting for Trav to get home from Coolidge so we can go do something.

Hello, I missed you quite terribly.

I really enjoyed my trip to Gilbert, but I am definitely glad to be back to my Tucson routine.

I got to Tucson around 2:45 yesterday and headed to the shop to pick up some bowl and plates I had left out there over time. I got to see Mike which was really nice.

I came home and Alicia and I once again became One Tree Hill addicts, we watched the whole first disk. After that we went to the grocery store...ugh I feel so lost every time I go there.

We came back and I made Alicia and Trav bacon and ham sandwiches which turned out SUPER good and they both were super proud of me for actually making a real dinner. Yay!

Then I showed Trav how to pay his bills online and we ordered him a new drivers license since his is deteriated...weird!

Then we all kind of bummed around and chatted it up.

Mrs. Grady (high school ag teacher) was in town last night because the Ag Teacher Confrence is down here so Alicia and I went to dinner with her. It was really nice to catch up with her.

After I was headed to Trav's so we could go to the movie theater and it was like a complete and total war zone! There were cops, ambulances and fire trucks all over the place! There was a cop car at the entrance to every neighborhood....so bizzare and I never did find out what it was about.

We saw The Dark Knight and Get Smart. The Dark Knight was really good, I loved all the stunts. Get Smart was kinda cheesey but had it's funny parts.

Well I'm going to work my 4-H job for a few hours then I'm going to the ATA steak fry, start making connections so I can find some people I might want to student teach for.
