Thankful

Well, I've gotten behind on my "what I'm thankful for" posts. Not because I'm unthankful, but because I've been rather busy. So today I am thankful for being busy. For those of you who know me really well, you know I cannot stand being bored or sitting still. I am thankful that my life keeps me going and rarely has a dull moment.

I am also thankful for animals. One because the money I have made off my FFA animals. Two because I just think that animals bring joy into our lives. Three because my FFA animals and horseback lessons were two of my favorite experiences in junior high and high school.

Thankful 3 & 4

Well, I was pretty busy last night and forgot to do a Thankful so I owe you guys two.

Thankful 3- I'm thankful for pictures. This may be a weird thing to be thankful for I guess but I really am. I love looking back at pictures and having good memories. I love looking back at pictures and seeing how much everyone has changed. I love taking pictures, I love being in pictures, and I love sharing pictures.

Thankful 4- I'm thankful for modern technology. I know some people are thankful for technology for the wrong reasons, but mostly I love it at a communication tool. I love being able to shoot an email, send a text, and keep in touch with one easy click. However, technological communication should never replace phone calls, letters, and old fashion in person conversations. ;)

Thankful #2

Today I am thankful for my relationship with God. Thankful because it makes life more beautiful. Thankful because is makes you appeciate everything. Thankful because I know my sins have been forgiven. Thankful because I have someone to turn to. Thankful because I know the power of love. Thankful because it has allowed me to be content in every situation. Thankful that I don't have to be afraid of death, because I know that when I die all the worries of this life will be long gone and I will get to spend eternity in Heaven.

Thankful #1

So I've decided that every day from now until Thanksgiving I will make a post about something I am thankful for. This is one because I have been slacking on my posts, and two because it's always good to count your blessings.

Here goes...

Today I am thankful for my major. I am thankful for it because it suits it me perfectly. I can't imagine a future job that I would love more than working with both agriculture and kids. I am thankful for it because of both the other students and the instructors. The Ag Ed department is my Tucson family. I know I can depend on them and that many of them will be life long friends. The instructors in my major truly care and are willing to help you with any matter, not just school. I am thankful for my major because it has allowed me to find three great jobs. I also love my major because of the experiences and oppurtunities it has given me and will continue to give me.

Rough, tough, and the real stuff!

It's true...aggie girls have all the fun. In my applications in ag mechanics class we're working with small engines and I absolutely love it. Here is my lab partner, Tosha, and I working on our engine.
